My wife and I moved to Boise in 2019 from Idaho Falls with our 3 little ones. We are a very adventurous and active family; from sports to hiking, camping and finding hot springs or waterfalls we love to enjoy the Idaho outdoors. My passion for self-care started as a kid. I participated in an array of sports including skateboarding, BMX bike riding and mountain biking as well as football and basketball. Through my twenties I worked in the restaurant industry, but through the process of taking care of myself and recovering from my own injuries, I fell in love with helping those around me take better care of themselves. Thus, leading to following my passion for self-care and massage therapy! I am excited to meet you and work with you!
