Love all the staff here at the Nampa location. Prompt, professional and very knowledgeable! I’ve been diagnosed with severe arthritis in L4, L5 and S1. I also have sciatica down the left leg. I’ve had three steroid epidurals for the sciatica condition. Knowing that long-term steroidal use is not good, I was referred to Modern Chiropractic by another chiropractor in Caldwell. I started at Modern Chiropractic in Nampa about September of 2024. Dr. Ana came up with a treatment plan for my issues. I’ve had no more pain and no more epidurals! Yes, I have exercises that I need to continue at home, or at the gym, but I feel that is an easy trade, as opposed to getting epidurals and eventually nerve ablation. Thank you to this WONDERFUL team!

I absolutely love every appt I have had here! I came in with neck pain and headaches related to it and Dr. Ana has done such an amazing job after just a few visits. The Dr.s and staff keep a close eye on you to make sure you are doing 🙆‍♀️ 🆗️, which is comforting. I was in a rear-end collision 💥 and have had a loud pop in my neck randomly. Not only is it painful & unnerving, on my 1st day Dr. Reza heard it several times as well. GREAT, this wasn't just in my own head!
I'm on my 2nd full mo.of treatment but with the traction on neck and back I'm hopeful that I will get back to normal soon and continue doing the things I love this summer, like water skiing slalom, hiking, biking and camping.

The ENTIRE staff is very educated and understanding. They take every step to make you understand your progress. I came in with numbness in my fingers and shoulder pain, In just 1 month the numbness is gone and my shoulder pain is 75% better. I leave my session iced and feeling better than when I arrived.

One of the friendliest medical facilities I've ever been to. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. They are very knowledgeable and give very clear instructions. I went in for some chronic back and hip pain. Not only was that adressed I also stopped getting as many headaches. I used to have head aches a couple times a week sometimes lasting a couple days. It's so much better now. They were also very understanding when I asked for changes to my treatment plan for personal reasons and helped make those changes. I highly recommend!

Stellar! If I could give 6/5 stars I would. The front desk staff diligently reviewed my insurance policy to give me accurate financial information. As many know, this can be the biggest factor when seeking care. The doctors and assistants are both professional and personable. I appreciated their research-based decisions when providing care. On the day of my last appointment, I was genuinely sad to say goodbye to them. It was like saying goodbye to family.

It's a totally different experience at MCC. They work on correcting the things that are causing the pain. They do traction, and give exercises to both in clinic and at home. In just the month that I have been going my overall discomfort and pain has improved up to at least 50%! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr. Anna and Dr. Joe and their team. They're professional, but fun!!

I went to Modern Chiropractic after experiencing extreme neck pain that seemed to come out of nowhere. It was so bad, I was having trouble sleeping at night. Dr. Anna and the team took excellent care of me and had my pain relieved within a couple weeks of sessions. Highly recommended!

I will start this review by saying that I am very apprehensive of chiropractic therapy. However, I knew that I had a pinched nerve or something going on in my neck with pain down my shoulder and numbness And tingling in my fingers when I sought out chiropractic help. I ended up at Modern Chiropractic Center. I was impressed with the way they handled me full knowing that I was pretty apprehensive about the whole situation. They gave me choices to alleviate the pain right away or to relieve the pain and find the source. I chose to go further and find the source of my ailments. They took x-rays and compared them to a normal spine. My first concern was the fact that I have osteoporosis and my fears of developing the Dowager hump. After reviewing my x-rays, we did find the beginnings of the spine developing this hump. They also found some scoliosis in my neck.
I dedicated 2 to 3 times a week for about an hour to go in and be put into traction and also given exercise exercises to do at home. After two months I received new x-rays showing very good improvement. FYI, after about three weeks, I’ve had no more pain in my shoulder or tingling and numbness in my fingers.
And another positive effect was when I went out for my first mountain bike ride of the season and had no numbness in my fingers on one side. This has been an issue for the past three or four years. It was pretty obvious to me that I had nerve issues that hadn’t been dealt with.
I am happy to give this very good review. The staff a chiropractors are all friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever have issues again, I will definitely go back.

Best chiropractor! With regular adjustments I can function without pain

Modern chiropractic and the staff are great! They have a different approach to chiropractic than I've experienced with their focus on the after adjustment care. The facility has more of a private gym feel than a doctor's office. It's a welcoming environment. I am roughly 4 weeks into a 12 week adjustment and corrective plan (physical therapy). I have not had this little pain in my back and neck for over ten years. I would highly recommend them. Surprisingly, it's been fun and I feel great. Kicking myself for putting it off.

Honestly the best chiropractic experience I've ever had. Everyone is super kind and patient. They really just want to help you feel better.

I have been to several chiropractors since 1981, and Modern Chiropractic is the best--by far. Prior to discovering them, I had aggravated my back from heavy yardwork and could not even walk or stand up straight nor could I lie on my back on the floor or ground. Both my back and neck leaned forward. Within days, they were able to relax those muscles to where I could walk again without pain. Within a month and a half, I could lay down on a hard surface again. The progress in a short time was amazing and I am so grateful to Dr. Joe and the entire crew!

They offer the complete package to chiropractic care, from the friendly and professional way you are greeted to a through examination and analysis of your individual condition and a carefully-thought out plan for your treatment to the care itself--an individually-tailored stretching and exercise program, a heat pack prior to chiropractic adjustments, the adjustments themselves, traction designed specifically for you, followed by awesome ice packs to reduce inflammation.

Throughout your care, Dr. Joe evaluates your progress and adjusts your treatment if necessary. If you have chronic pain and/or you don't feel you're making the progress you'd hoped for with your current chiropractor, give Modern Chiropractic a shot. The reduction in pain and increase in quality of life are so worth it!

I really appreciate their approach to chiropractic care - investigating the cause of the issue with X-rays, posture photos etc to develop a treatment plan which includes exercises outside of the office instead of just blindly adjusting you. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly.

I’ve gone to multiple chiropractors in my life. I’ve always experienced lower back pain, sometimes to the point of being unable to stand up. I would get headaches multiple times a week with no reason and couldn’t do my job because it required staring at a computer. I’ve searched for answers for years and finally found out the source because of this chiropractic office. I learned that I have scoliosis and no curve in my neck. We started treatments right away and it’s made the biggest difference for me. I did commit to coming 3 times a week for 8 weeks, and it’s been well worth it. Each employee is kind and invested in my personal life, as well as my care.

I've used chiropractic for decades, but I have never experienced anything like Modern Chiropractic. They are a bit different.You can choose corrective care which is much more than adjustments. They do a thorough assessment with x-rays, then recommend a personalized program which includes exercise, stretching, adjustment and traction! to restore alignment and elasticity to the spine improving balance, posture and overall wellbeing. Absolutely love Modern Chiro! Each time I’ve visited, I’ve been greeted by the friendliest staff! I heard about MCC from a friend, who is quite a bit younger than I am. She is totally out of pain after her sessions with Dr Ana. I thought I was probably beyond help, being in my 80s, but went in for an evaluation anyway. Well, I felt better after the first session and have continued to improve with every visit. Moved from California super sad that I was going to have to find a new chiropractor after having mine for years. A friend recommended me Modern Chiropractor and I could NOT BE HAPPIER! I was looking for just a quick adjustment but they really go to the root of the problem and provide you with everything you actually need to heal and fix the problem. Also the staff are wonderful and make me always feel so welcome & comfortable. 10/10

I have greatly benefitted from the services provided by Modern Chiropractic - Nampa. When I first went in, I was dealing with constant neck pain and near constant low back pain. I completed the first 8 weeks (3 times per week) and have not only noticed a 80-90% decrease in my daily pain, but also an positive change my posture and overall energy. I have also noticed an increase in manageability of other health conditions (hypothyroid/fatigue and mood). Beyond feeling the improvements, MC takes x-rays which serve as proof that I can see, showing visible improvement in the shape/alignment of my spine since the start of my treatment, compared with now.

From the very first visit I felt welcomed by the staff and Dr. Ana, as they are kind, warm and bubbly. They are always playing fun music genres, so each day feels like there is a music theme. They have also been kindly accommodating to my needs when I express discomfort or preferences, which is difficult for me to do.

I will say, some of the tractions can be uncomfortable, and take focus - but it is worth it.

I am easily overstimulated, so my only critique to share is that, on certain days it can be busy, and some folks bring their children and even pets to the office. When you are trying to focus/calm yourself in tractions, this can be off putting due to noise, and patients getting treated can't really monitor their children (they run around, grabbing equipment, climbing on things, or playing iPads without headphones, etc.) - all to say, it stresses me out. This has only happened maybe 5 of my total 24-30 visits overall, so it has not been a huge factor for me, but there are days I thought I should've brought headphones to lower sensory inputs, so that is something to think about if you are sensitive to that sort of thing.

I have had the most wonderful experience with Modern Chiropractors. Dr Joe is absolutely fabulous and thorough in investigation, crafting a customized treatment plan and helping you achieve the right posture and balance. He is very gentle and professional. Dr. Zyrah Giustra is absolutely amazing as a doctor and person. I prefer late evenings so I get to see her and connect with her. Shea does the tractions for me and he is so good at finding the right tightness in my neck so that I am comfortable. From the front office staff to the doctors, everyone is great. My neck and shoulder pain got better in just a few sessions. I am very grateful for their service. They are also affordable and help you achieve the best posture and balance for your body! I love them so much that I told them that they should offer some membership options.
