What I love about Modern is they are different, their level of service is elevated, and they truly care about my long term health. An example of this is the fact that the Doctor’s and the staff fully understand my challenges and work in harmony to correct my issues. The team approach they take is next level! Modern’s treatment is not only in office, they also formulate an aggressive plan for outside of their office that I do at home and it’s as easy as opening an app that reports my progress as I go so the Doctor’s can monitor how I am doing real time. I was totally impressed by Modern Chiropractic Center and particularly Dr. Kyle Berry. I have had an ongoing hip injury for over 2 months which has really limited me and Dr. Berry gave me a diagnosis which was not only consistent with my orthopedic doctor's diagnosis but also totally made sense when I went back and reviewed what could have caused my issues. He reviewed some videos I provided to him showing him the exercises in the gym that I had been doing improperly which led to my hip injury. Dr. Berry gave me very helpful corrective guidance and exercises. He was very patient, intelligent and positive about my recovery which is everything I'm looking for in a medical provider. I have been to other chiropractors who did not seem to have nearly the knowledge base or focus on exercises that I found with Dr. Berry. The whole clinic is amazing - incredibly modern with an emphasis on machines, exercises and really getting your body healthy and active. At MC2, it’s great being able to help so many people regain their health & life through chiropractic! I love hearing the patients’ stories and “wins”. Love all the staff here at the Nampa location. Prompt, professional and very knowledgeable! I’ve been diagnosed with severe arthritis in L4, L5 and S1. I also have sciatica down the left leg. I’ve had three steroid epidurals for the sciatica condition. Knowing that long-term steroidal use is not good, I was referred to Modern Chiropractic by another chiropractor in Caldwell. I started at Modern Chiropractic in Nampa about September of 2024. Dr. Ana came up with a treatment plan for my issues. I’ve had no more pain and no more epidurals! Yes, I have exercises that I need to continue at home, or at the gym, but I feel that is an easy trade, as opposed to getting epidurals and eventually nerve ablation. The Dr.s and staff keep a close eye on you to make sure you are doing 🙆♀️ 🆗️, which is comforting. I was in a rear-end collision 💥 and have had a loud pop in my neck randomly. Not only is it painful & unnerving, on my 1st day Dr. Reza heard it several times as well. GREAT, this wasn't just in my own head!

The ENTIRE staff is very educated and understanding. They take every step to make you understand your progress. I came in with numbness in my fingers and shoulder pain, In just 1 month the numbness is gone and my shoulder pain is 75% better. I leave my session iced and feeling better than when I arrived.

One of the friendliest medical facilities I've ever been to. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. They are very knowledgeable and give very clear instructions. I went in for some chronic back and hip pain. Not only was that adressed I also stopped getting as many headaches. I used to have head aches a couple times a week sometimes lasting a couple days. It's so much better now. They were also very understanding when I asked for changes to my treatment plan for personal reasons and helped make those changes. I highly recommend!

Stellar! If I could give 6/5 stars I would. The front desk staff diligently reviewed my insurance policy to give me accurate financial information. As many know, this can be the biggest factor when seeking care. The doctors and assistants are both professional and personable. I appreciated their research-based decisions when providing care. On the day of my last appointment, I was genuinely sad to say goodbye to them. It was like saying goodbye to family.

It's a totally different experience at MCC. They work on correcting the things that are causing the pain. They do traction, and give exercises to both in clinic and at home. In just the month that I have been going my overall discomfort and pain has improved up to at least 50%! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr. Anna and Dr. Joe and their team. I will start this review by saying that I am very apprehensive of chiropractic therapy. However, I knew that I had a pinched nerve or something going on in my neck with pain down my shoulder and numbness And tingling in my fingers when I sought out chiropractic help. I ended up at Modern Chiropractic Center. I was impressed with the way they handled me full knowing that I was pretty apprehensive about the whole situation. They gave me choices to alleviate the pain right away or to relieve the pain and find the source. I chose to go further and find the source of my ailments. They took x-rays and compared them to a normal spine. My first concern was the fact that I have osteoporosis and my fears of developing the Dowager hump. After reviewing my x-rays, we did find the beginnings of the spine developing this hump. They also found some scoliosis in my neck.
I dedicated 2 to 3 times a week for about an hour to go in and be put into traction and also given exercise exercises to do at home. After two months I received new x-rays showing very good improvement. FYI, after about three weeks, I’ve had no more pain in my shoulder or tingling and numbness in my fingers.
And another positive effect was when I went out for my first mountain bike ride of the season and had no numbness in my fingers on one side. This has been an issue for the past three or four years. It was pretty obvious to me that I had nerve issues that hadn’t been dealt with.
I am happy to give this very good review. The staff a chiropractors are all friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever have issues again, I will definitely go back.

Modern chiropractic and the staff are great! They have a different approach to chiropractic than I've experienced with their focus on the after adjustment care. The facility has more of a private gym feel than a doctor's office. It's a welcoming environment. I am roughly 4 weeks into a 12 week adjustment and corrective plan (physical therapy). I have not had this little pain in my back and neck for over ten years. I would highly recommend them. Surprisingly, it's been fun and I feel great. Kicking myself for putting it off.

I have been to several chiropractors since 1981, and Modern Chiropractic is the best--by far. Prior to discovering them, I had aggravated my back from heavy yardwork and could not even walk or stand up straight nor could I lie on my back on the floor or ground. Both my back and neck leaned forward. Within days, they were able to relax those muscles to where I could walk again without pain. Within a month and a half, I could lay down on a hard surface again. The progress in a short time was amazing and I am so grateful to Dr. Joe and the entire crew!

I really appreciate their approach to chiropractic care - investigating the cause of the issue with X-rays, posture photos etc to develop a treatment plan which includes exercises outside of the office instead of just blindly adjusting you. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly.

Excellent and competent care with great customer service who treats you as a human being. This is a unique model of chiropractic offered that treats your root causes instead of a band-aid approach. I had been going to traditional chiropractic for 20 years which eventually was not meeting my needs. This is a game changer in that Modern Chiropractic offers a more sustained solution by addressing the root causes of my pain with their method. I feel hopeful about being pain free and more active again by following the unique treatment plan I was able to get here.

I’ve gone to multiple chiropractors in my life. I’ve always experienced lower back pain, sometimes to the point of being unable to stand up. I would get headaches multiple times a week with no reason and couldn’t do my job because it required staring at a computer. I’ve searched for answers for years and finally found out the source because of this chiropractic office. I learned that I have scoliosis and no curve in my neck. We started treatments right away and it’s made the biggest difference for me. I did commit to coming 3 times a week for 8 weeks, and it’s been well worth it. Each employee is kind and invested in my personal life, as well as my care.

The whole staff here is simply fantastic! Starting with the ladies at the desk always being so cheerful and happy, Chris is friendly and dr. Ana is one of the best chiropractors that I have been to. I've used chiropractic for decades, but I have never experienced anything like Modern Chiropractic. They are a bit different.You can choose corrective care which is much more than adjustments. They do a thorough assessment with x-rays, then recommend a personalized program which includes exercise, stretching, adjustment and traction! to restore alignment and elasticity to the spine improving balance, posture and overall wellbeing. They're Fabulous!!

Modern Chiropractic center has been such a huge blessing. After identifying some alignment issues with my spine I have undergone a treatment plan that was designed just for me. I am now aligned and pain free. I give them a 10 out of 10!

The staff is amazing, the service is amazing and I would recommend to anyone looking to get adjusted and corrected. There are certain things that I cannot have worked on and Anna has adjusted to my needs and it has still been working. I am feeling so much better and the aches and pains I went in with are almost all gone. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love Modern Chiro! Each time I’ve visited, I’ve been greeted by the friendliest staff! They genuinely seem to enjoy working there and in turn, it correlates to them having excellent customer service! The facility has a great energy to it and is filled with tons of equipment used for a full body / connected approach to fixing the problem! The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain each and every aspect of what they do and my results to me in a way that clicked and made me excited to get working towards fixing my problems. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend this Chiropractic office!

I absolutely have a new sense of feeling that I can get better and positivity. I have tried so many things in the past and nothing has helped me long term and I don’t want to take all the pills I’m taking any more.
