Absolutely love Modern Chiro! Each time I’ve visited, I’ve been greeted by the friendliest staff! They genuinely seem to enjoy working there and in turn, it correlates to them having excellent customer service! The facility has a great energy to it and is filled with tons of equipment used for a full body / connected approach to fixing the problem! The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain each and every aspect of what they do and my results to me in a way that clicked and made me excited to get working towards fixing my problems. I heard about MCC from a friend, who is quite a bit younger than I am. She is totally out of pain after her sessions with Dr Ana. I thought I was probably beyond help, being in my 80s, but went in for an evaluation anyway. Well, I felt better after the first session and have continued to improve with every visit. The staff is wonderful, so supportive and encouraging. After just 1 month, I'm standing so much taller and out of the pain I suffered daily. Moved from California super sad that I was going to have to find a new chiropractor after having mine for years. A friend recommended me Modern Chiropractor and I could NOT BE HAPPIER! I was looking for just a quick adjustment but they really go to the root of the problem and provide you with everything you actually need to heal and fix the problem. Also the staff are wonderful and make me always feel so welcome & comfortable. 10/10

I have greatly benefitted from the services provided by Modern Chiropractic - Nampa. When I first went in, I was dealing with constant neck pain and near constant low back pain. I completed the first 8 weeks (3 times per week) and have not only noticed a 80-90% decrease in my daily pain, but also an positive change my posture and overall energy. I have also noticed an increase in manageability of other health conditions (hypothyroid/fatigue and mood). Beyond feeling the improvements, MC takes x-rays which serve as proof that I can see, showing visible improvement in the shape/alignment of my spine since the start of my treatment, compared with now.From the very first visit I felt welcomed by the staff and Dr. Ana, as they are kind, warm and bubbly. They are always playing fun music genres, so each day feels like there is a music theme. They have also been kindly accommodating to my needs when I express discomfort or preferences, which is difficult for me to do.I will say, some of the tractions can be uncomfortable, and take focus - but it is worth it.I am easily overstimulated, so my only critique to share is that, on certain days it can be busy, and some folks bring their children and even pets to the office. When you are trying to focus/calm yourself in tractions, this can be off putting due to noise, and patients getting treated can't really monitor their children (they run around, grabbing equipment, climbing on things, or playing iPads without headphones, etc.) - all to say, it stresses me out. This has only happened maybe 5 of my total 24-30 visits overall, so it has not been a huge factor for me, but there are days I thought I should've brought headphones to lower sensory inputs, so that is something to think about if you are sensitive to that sort of thing.

I have had the most wonderful experience with Modern Chiropractors. Dr Joe is absolutely fabulous and thorough in investigation, crafting a customized treatment plan and helping you achieve the right posture and balance. He is very gentle and professional. Dr. Zyrah Giustra is absolutely amazing as a doctor and person. I prefer late evenings so I get to see her and connect with her. Shea does the tractions for me and he is so good at finding the right tightness in my neck so that I am comfortable. From the front office staff to the doctors, everyone is great. My neck and shoulder pain got better in just a few sessions. I am very grateful for their service. They are also affordable and help you achieve the best posture and balance for your body! I love them so much that I told them that they should offer some membership options.

Very grateful to have found modern chiropractic when I did. Dr. Z and Dr. Joe are incredible at what they do. Every time I leave I feel better than I did when I came in. The assistant, Shea is very knowledgeable and the folks at the front desk are always welcoming and professional. An amazing crew all around. I've also been doing their traction program for a few weeks now and already have a noticeable improvement in my posture! Can't recommend this place enough!

I can’t say enough about how amazing the whole staff is! I was scared to go in but they all make me feel like I’m family and I don’t want to leave haha. Dr. Ana is so sweet and has changed my life, from barely functioning to being able to live pain free like I haven’t in years. Lexi is a go getter and so helpful, running from front desk to helping everywhere else that she can! Chris and Anthony make torture traction better with encouragement and support. They are an incredible team and I wish I worked here so I could hang out with them all day! If you need a chiropractic office, there is no better than Modern Chiropractic Nampa!

Before I began treatment at the Modern Chiropractic Center, I could barely function, my body was failing me, I could no longer even think about walking at the Farmers Market or go places with my family that required walking any distance. I have been to several chiropractors since 1981, and Modern Chiropractic is the best--by far. Prior to discovering them, I had aggravated my back from heavy yardwork and could not even walk or stand up straight nor could I lie on my back on the floor or ground. Both my back and neck leaned forward. Within days, they were able to relax those muscles to where I could walk again without pain. Within a month and a half, I could lay down on a hard surface again. They are very thorough in their examination which is comforting before you start to get adjustments and use of x-rays or images allows you to see your progress during treatment. Would highly recommend.

I started going to Modern Chiropractic Center in January 2024. I knew my neck needed help, but not my back. After a throughout exam with x-rays, I got to see what was going on with my neck and back. It was eye opening.I began treatment in February and I haven’t looked back! This office is truly amazing. They actually care about you and do everything they can to make you better. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is so pleasant and encouraging.The Doctors explained how and why the treatment works. They explained the treatment in detail so I could understand. Unlike most chiropractic facilities. Rather than just typical adjustment, stretch’s and tractions are used over the duration of the treatment. X-rays are also done before, middle, and at the end of treatment. I came everyday for the month of March and the results I’ve gotten have exceeded my expectation. Just by the mid way point I had already corrected more than a half inch! Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

I came in with low back pain, having tried PT that made it worse. The MC team was so encouraging and empowering to get me pain free and moving again.You take X-rays, posture photos, and movement tests. From there, they customize a plan for you with adjustments, stretches, exercises, and most importantly—traction. A holistic approach, addressing the entire muscular skeletal system.6 months later, I am 90% better and know how to care for my back and body. I even completed an Olympic triathalon with no pain! I have a fuller understand & awareness of my posture and what I can do to prevent pain going forward.

The entire staff at Modern Chiropractic are All Stars! I came in with pain and numbness radiating down my right arm. Dr. Joe took a couple of x-rays and assessed that I had an impinged Ulnar Nerve at the C6 level in my neck. After a couple of weeks of traction and adjustments, I began to regain the "feel" in my arm. Since then, I have nearly completely regained all sensation and use of my arm.I am on a disability for my known neck problems related to my Military service. I have been warned in that past by several MD's that I would need to have my lower neck fused. This flair up isn't my first, but it has, by far, been my most painful and concerning. The treatments I received at Modern Chiropractic have reversed my issue and allowed me to put off that unwelcome prospect of neck surgery once again.Modern Chiropractic isn't just adjustments. The staff works to diagnose and treat the root causes of your neck and back issues. There are literally multiple patients in the traction center receiving all types of treatments, stretches and exercises to address their individual issues.The facility is amazing, and staff is great!

The staff is super through and friendly. They have all of the right equipment & skills to diagnose & correct multiple issues.Many people don't realize how spinal misalignment can lead to multiple other problems. Not just headaches but gastrointestinal issues with these only being a very small sample of the large list. I've literally seen people with stomach cancer diagnosis cured with Chiropractic care. People with severe vision issues as well. Even children suffering from these issues. And NO I'm not a Chiropractor but the brother In-law to a good one.A good Chiropractor is equally if not more valuable than a good MD!

My spine has been out of place for many years. I was going to just a common chiropractor for a long time and all I was receiving was simple adjustments for my pain. As I grew older my body was really needing something more than what I was getting. While searching for a better solution I found Modern Chiropractic. Their care and professionalism was noticed immediately. Dr. Zyrah explained to me that simple adjustments alone were not going to heal me, but only kick the can down the road. Dr. Zyrah designed a program tailored just for me and my spine issue. It has now been 5 months that I have been under the care of Dr. Zyrah and I want to say that I feel amazingly better than I did before. Everyone here is so helpful and friendly! I went in with back and neck pain and it has reduced significantly! I've never been to a chiropractor that offers a heating pad and massage gun to start with and that has been truly amazing! The tractions are awkward and very new at first but I feel like they are definitely helping. I would recommend this place to anyone!
