Aaron Stinson became interested in massage therapy at the young age of 15. He spent much of his time in high school learning to tape sprained ankles and assisting his school athletic trainer as often as he could. After high school, he put his dreams on hold to enlist in the Idaho Air National Guard for 6 years. He was then able to follow his true passion, and started to pursue a career in massage therapy. He graduated from Carrington College in October of 2013 . He specializes in deep tissue, neuromuscular, and sports massage. Aside from massage, he has a vast knowledge of human nutrition and is a NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. He prides himself on being able to empathize with others, and strives to improve the health and wellness of every client he sees.
